Is there a minimum order?
For on-site delivery, the minimum is $299, plus a delivery charge. There is no minimum to pick up our great designs in either of our locations!
How do you calculate the strike fees?
Strike Fees are calculated on distance.

Delivery is based on distance.
What if I don't know what I want?
We can and love to help! A conversation or appointment with one of our balloon designers will provide ideas and direction.
How much lead time do we need?
For on-site decorating, we ask that you book as soon as possible before a date is closed. For in -store pick up, most designs can be ordered and picked up the same day.
Can you customize balloons?
Yes!
What if I need to match colors?
We stock over 40 latex balloon colors and are happy to match to your color scheme.
What type of events do you do décor for?
We decorate for corporate functions, school events, private parties, birthdays, bridal showers and more!
How much is a balloon arch?
Balloon arches are available for on-site only and are priced based on job specifications.
How much is a balloon garland?
We offer a grab and go garland for pick-up at either of our locations for $129. On-Site garlands are priced based on job specifications.
How do I decorate my business grand opening?
We love organic garlands, balloon arches and columns for an impressive grand opening.
